The why
The OneHope research team had done the hard work. But that work lived where research usually lives: stuck in documents, PDFs, slide decks, and the heads of the people who built it. Hard to interact with. Hard to bring into the room when a ministry leader is making a decision.
What hit me was simple: what if you could talk to your research? AI suddenly meant that conversation was possible. Not a finished product. Not a polished SaaS. A real attempt at something new.
What I was thinking
OnePersona lets anyone have a live conversation with personas built from real research. Years of work and field-team validation already live inside them. AI is the bridge that makes them interactive instead of inert.
It's an early prototype on purpose. No accounts yet, data persists via browser cookies, features still landing. The point right now is to prove out the capability, not to ship a finished product.
